Returns Policy

This Returns Policy explains how returns work for our products. For safety reasons, filled gas cylinders and refills cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered, except where there is a genuine fault or safety concern.

If you receive a cylinder, regulator, or accessory that is faulty or unsafe, stop using it immediately and contact us right away so we can arrange a safe replacement or refund. Do not attempt to repair gas equipment yourself.

Unopened accessories in their original condition may be returned within the period stated at checkout. Please keep your proof of purchase when contacting us.
