Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver gas cylinders, refills, and accessories. We deliver within our service areas, with timing and delivery charges shown at checkout based on your location.

For safety, LPG is delivered by trained personnel and handed over in person to an adult at the delivery address. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and that the cylinder can be placed in a safe, well-ventilated location. Our team will not leave gas unattended.

We will contact you to confirm your delivery window. Empty cylinders for exchange should be ready at handover where a refill or swap has been ordered.
